Introducing the 2018 Honda Fit at Honda of Hollywood

With Attractive Styling, Bold Features, & Small Stature, The 2018 Honda Fit Is…Well, a Great Fit for the Los Angeles Area

Getting around the Los Angeles area without a set of wheels of your own is…ambitious. When it comes to city living, it's hard to find a better daily driver than the 2018 Honda Fit. For the 2018 model year, Honda was generous with the Fit, giving it some big upgrades to appearance, style, and functional design, as well as improving the 2018 Fit's driving dynamics thanks to improvements to the suspension, steering, and chassis.

More About Honda Fit and Los Angeles Drivers' Needs

Despite being a small 5-door hatch, the 2018 Honda Fit is surprisingly roomy, with enough passenger space for four grown-ups, and if it's cargo you need to carry, the 2018 Honda Fit's 2nd-Row Magic Seat® flexible seating system can open up to 52.7 cubic-feet of cargo room. In fact, the seating is so flexible, you can even remove the headrests, lay the front passenger seat flat, and kick back for a nap.

For those drivers looking for a just-right sized vehicle with bigger-than-life personality, the 2018 Honda Fit is here at Honda of Hollywood, proudly serving Hollywood, Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Glendale, CA.

Get to Know the Trims of the Redesigned 2018 Honda Fit:

When it comes to powertrains, the entire lineup shares the same engine: an inline-four cylinder engine paired with a standard six-speed manual transmission except for the EX-L trim, which has a standard CVT transmission, which is an available feature for the other three models. While the Honda Sensing® safety suite is standard on the 2018 Honda Fit EX and EX-L, it's available throughout the entire lineup.

  • 2018 Honda Fit LX: The entry-level LX trim is well equipped, with the 2nd Row Magic Seat® we mentioned above, a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera, and a Leather-Wrapped Steering Wheel and Shift Knob, all standard.
  • 2018 Honda Fit Sport: This trim level is new for the 2018 model year, and as the name might suggest, it's all about being sporty. Notable sporty flourishes include 16-inch gloss-black aluminum wheels, a front spoiler and rear diffuser panel, a chrome exhaust cap, and on the interior, cloth seats with orange contrast stitching.
  • 2018 Honda Fit EX: The EX trim gives you everything found on the LX trim, building on top with standard Honda Sensing® suite of driver-assist technologies, a one-touch Power Moonroof, and support for Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.
  • 2018 Honda Fit EX-L: This top-tier trim includes all features of the EX, adding  the CVT transmission and Paddle Shifters, a leather-trimmed interior, heated front seats, and the availability of Honda Navigation Systems®.

What is Honda Sensing®?

Honda Sensing® is the name of Honda's suite of driver-assistive technologies, all of which play a role in supporting good driving habits and alerting drivers to possible situations while driving. For the 2018 Honda Fit, it's standard equipment on the EX and EX-L, but you can opt for it as an extra on both the LX and Sport trims. Here are the four different features that make up the Honda Sensing® suite:

  • Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™)
  • Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM)
  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
  • Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)
